The History of Liberty Prayer Chapel (LPC)

In June 2001, Pastor Deason was led by the Spirit of the Lord to consecrate herself for one year. While in consecration, the Lord said, "I've given you my heart for this city, now go and establish ministry in the heart of this city".

The Lord instructed Pastor Deason that the first part of her assignment was to intercede for Liberty County in a state of perpetual prayer and fasting. It is for this reason that the ministry is called, "Liberty Prayer Chapel" (LPC).

In June 2002, Liberty Prayer Chapel began with only three members, praying around a borrowed table in the old bus station building on Memorial Drive. The first official service was held on Sunday, September 1, 2002.

LPC is a "soul-driven" outreach ministry located at the corner of Gause and Memorial in the downtown district of Hinesville GA.
